This Privacy Policy explains how MATTALNET GRUPP OÜ ("GoldHub", "we") processes personal data when you use goldhub.ch and the GoldHub platform. We act as the data controller under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Data we process

We process your account data (email, authentication details), your encrypted Binance API keys (AES-256, trade-only, no withdrawal access), trading configuration and activity, and technical data such as logs and device information needed to operate the service.

3. Exchange API keys

Your Binance API keys are encrypted at rest with AES-256 and used solely to place and manage orders on your behalf. We never request or use withdrawal permissions and your funds always remain in your Binance account.

4. Lawful basis

We process data to perform our contract with you (providing the service), to comply with legal obligations, and on the basis of our legitimate interests in securing and improving the platform.

5. Your rights
