1. Acceptance of terms
By creating a GoldHub account or using goldhub.ch, you agree to these Terms of Service. GoldHub is operated by MATTALNET GRUPP OÜ, Tallinn, Estonia.
2. The service
GoldHub is a non-custodial automated trading tool that connects to your Binance account via trade-only API keys to execute strategies you configure. We never take custody of your funds and never have withdrawal access.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to trade crypto assets in your jurisdiction. GoldHub is intended for retail users in the European Economic Area (EEA).
4. Risk disclaimer
Crypto trading carries substantial risk, including total loss of capital. "No-loss accumulation" is a strategy that avoids realising losses, not a guarantee of profit, and may hold losing positions longer. Leverage amplifies both gains and losses. GoldHub provides software tools only and does not give investment advice. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and outcomes.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MATTALNET GRUPP OÜ is not liable for trading losses, exchange outages, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
